During the academic year, Pegasus conducts interviews to hire preceptors for its after-school programming, Summer Institutes, and distance-learning courses. Domain expertise is a sine qua non, but candidates for PAID positions should also have the following qualifications:

Required:

-Stellar academic credentials in Classics

-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Desired:

-Teaching and/or volunteer experience in education

-Commitment to a collaborative work environment
